  • We use only approved cleaning chemicals in preparation of your accommodation – our chemicals are non-toxic and non-cacogenic.
  • All linen supplied in the apartments are professionally laundered and freshly placed in your apartment, meeting the highest recommended temperatures and best practices to ensure you and your guests safety

Motor or Track Events
Phillip Island has many events at the Phillip Island Auto Racing Club including state, national and international events.

For such events all accommodation must be pre-paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable in the event of you cancelling, unless we are able to refill that accommodation, in which case a $100 Management fee will be charged.
  • Deposit: 3.0 night at time of booking to confirm your booking. Balance taken at 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation: if cancelled outside 30 days, no penalty, and if cancelled inside 30 days prior to arrival, loss of all funds paid, unless we are able to relet the apartment, for the entire stay of your booking.
  • If the cancellation occurs as a result of a Governmental Mandate, there is no financial penalty.

PRE-AUTHORISATION $ 200.00

s required for BOND on Check-in on a valid credit card. Where a credit card is not available a $200.00 cash bond will be required on check-in for any damages or charges as will Drivers License or passport details (click here for full details of Pre-Authorisation)

UNDER 18's - All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We reserve the right to refuse any booking if the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID on check-in.

Parties and loud music are not permitted and will not be tolerated. Guests will be requested to leave immediately without refund.

SCHOOLIES FESTIVAL

Unfortunately, we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual “Schoolies Festival”.

In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period.

For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period mid-November to mid-December each year. If upon guest arrival, it is found that the booking is in fact a schoolies booking, accommodation will be refused and no refund of accommodation paid will be applicable

CAR PARKING

A car park is available for our guests for 1 car per booking.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act).

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent to do so and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. Your information will not be provided to another trader, now or in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the Australian Economic Area we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
